The ECO Centre attracted over £100,000 from a number of sources to completely redevelop its visitor centre. The plan was for a full refit from the basic skin. Using, as far as possible, only materials we were happy to endorse we redesigned the space so that we could demonstrate current common renewable technologies in situ.

The idea is to show that the leap to a sustainable lifestyle is not a backwards leap.  Many of the bespoke fixtures and fittings would not be out of place in an IKEA catalogue.
