As well as being able to speak to advisors by phone (freephone 0800 512 012) and at out and about at events throughout North Wales, we can be found at our two principal workplaces.
The main office is in the Town Hall in Mold, on Earl Road.
In Wrexham we have a shop in Chester Street (behind T J Hughes) next to one of the entrances to the peoples market. One of the advisors is there to provide face to face advice on any energy related matters and will take referrals for you for the Warm Wales insulation scheme that is running in partnership with Wrexham County Borough Council.
Currently, besides the centre manager there are four experienced and qualified advisors.
Manager, Steve Woosey, has worked for the centre for 2 years. He has a background in research and teaching. He has lived in North East Wales for nearly 30 years and spends a lot of time out and about delivering training and talks to groups in the community.
Ceri Hurst is a senior energy advisor and co-ordinates the Health Through Warmth scheme in Wrexham and Flintshire and organises the support for Keep Well This Winter. Ceri is a welsh speaker.
Ffion Ivanoff is also a welsh speaker. Amongst other things, Ffion organises the advice events, when the North Wales EEAC visits local community halls and libraries to provide local advice (and often give out energy saving light bulbs.) Ffion and Ceri between them have been visiting primary schools in Gwynedd and Angelsey.
Isobel Evans looks after additional projects that are run through the Wrexham Energy Saving Shop. She still spends some of her time at the Mold office or advising the public at events.
Bill Evans has a background in energy efficiency with the gas industry, where he preformed a number of roles. He also brings the latest information on heating installations.
