MAENCLOCHOG ENERGY SAVERS

This project aims to show the financial and carbon savings that can be made from a 'whole village' approach to energy saving. Money saved on fuel billscan then be recycled into the community maintaining wealth locally.

Everyone household, business, farm and community building has free access to energy advice and in some cases a site visit. By establishing the baseline energy data and recording what actions take place over the life of the project, it will possible to identify the savings and give them a value.

This project is run in partnership with and funded by PLANED, a local community development organisation.
