Cyfarwyddiadau ymgeisio.

Rydym wedi penderfynu bellach i beidio â gofyn i ymgeiswyr lenwi ffurflen wrth gynnig am swydd. Byddwn yn ddigon parod i ystyried CV ynghyd â llythyr yn nodi eich cymwysterau.
Buaswn yn disgwyl i gynnwys eich llythyr/dogfen ystyried y materion canlynol:
 
  • Peidio â bod yn fwy na phedair tudalen (ynghyd â llythyr a CV)
  • Nodi pam rydych yn awyddus i gael y swydd.
  • Esbonio pam rydych o’r farn eich bod yn ymgeisydd cymwys a pham y dylwn roi ystyriaeth bellach i’ch cais. 
  • Disgrifio eich profiad gwaith hyd yn hyn a sut y mae’n berthnasol i’r swydd rydych yn cynnig amdani.
  • Disgrifiwch y sgiliau sydd gennych ac rydych wedi’u meithrin mewn swyddi blaenorol a thynnwch sylw at y rhai hynny sy’n berthnasol i’r swydd hon. 
  • Disgrifiwch unrhyw sgiliau defnyddiol neu arbenigol eraill yr hoffech i ni eu hystyried.
  • Gwnewch yn siŵr fod y cyfeirnod swydd ar ben uchaf pob tudalen fyddwch yn eu cyflwyno a’u bod wedi’u rhifo.
